Digitalization for small and mid-size companies
Digitalization doesn't have to be a large software project. Most companies gain the most by moving a few recurring paper or spreadsheet processes into tools they already pay for, and by connecting their applications so data is entered once.
When this helps
- Approvals, requests and reports travel by email and on paper.
- Several spreadsheets hold different versions of the same data.
- Customer or order data is typed into more than one application.
- Nobody knows where the latest version of a document is.
How we do it
- 1
Map one process
We follow one recurring process from start to end and note where time is lost and data is typed again.
- 2
Use what you already have
Microsoft 365 is often already paid for: shared libraries, forms, lists and approval flows cover a lot.
- 3
Connect the applications
Where systems need the same data, we connect them through their APIs or exports, with one system as the source of truth.
- 4
Train and document
Short instructions for the people who use it, and documentation of how it's built.
What you get
- A map of the process and what to digitize
- The digital process, set up and tested
- Integrations between applications where needed
- Instructions for users and documentation for admins
Questions
Do we need new software?
Not necessarily. We start with what you already have, often Microsoft 365, and only suggest new tools when there's a clear gap.
How long does it take?
It depends on the process. We agree the scope and a fixed price after mapping it.
Can you connect the applications we already use?
If they offer an API, feeds or exports, usually yes. We check that before promising anything.
