IT support for companies without an IT department
When something stops working, your team needs someone who knows the setup. We look after accounts, laptops, email and Microsoft 365, servers and the network: remotely during working hours, and on site in Bucharest when a problem can't be solved remotely.
When this helps
- Nobody is responsible for IT, so problems wait until someone has time.
- New colleagues wait days for their accounts and laptops.
- Passwords, licences and admin access are spread across people who have left.
- The same problems come back because nobody fixes the cause.
How we do it
- 1
Inventory
We list what you have: users, devices, licences, servers, network, and who has admin access.
- 2
Fix the risks first
Backups that don't run, shared admin passwords and missing updates come before anything else.
- 3
Day-to-day support
Requests by email, handled remotely during working hours, with every issue and its fix written down.
- 4
Automate the routine
Onboarding, offboarding and recurring checks become scripts, so they're done the same way every time.
What you get
- An inventory of users, devices and licences
- Onboarding and offboarding checklists
- Support by email during working hours
- A record of every issue and fix
Questions
Do you offer 24/7 support?
No. Support is during working hours, Bucharest time (EET). Work outside those hours, for example a planned migration, can be agreed in advance.
Do you come on site?
We work mostly remotely. In Bucharest we come on site when a problem can't be fixed remotely.
Which systems do you support?
Windows and Linux, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Proxmox VE and Hyper-V, Docker, and common business firewalls and network equipment.
Can you take over from a previous IT provider?
Yes. We start with an inventory, collect the access details and document what's there before changing anything.
